SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently offer shipping services to residents of Australia and New Zealand. If you reside outside these areas, please reach out to us at katjeriart@outlook.com for shipping options.
 
Kindly note that all prints and apparel are custom printed on demand. Once your order has been placed, it will be printed specifically for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be printed. Subsequently, allow 2-8 business days for processing and shipping of your item. 
 
For oversized stretched canvases or artwork orders, a shipping estimate will be provided either before or after your purchase. To obtain a quote, please contact us at katjeriart@outlook.com. Shipping charges will vary depending on your location. Pickup options for oversized artworks can be arranged upon request. We will reach out to you to discuss shipping timelines.
 
All items are dispatched via standard Parcel Post using reputable Australian couriers. Shipping details for commissioned artworks are determined during the planning phase. Each purchase is shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

Items not listed above should be received by you within 2-8 business days unless discussed otherwise. 

We are environmentally conscious at Katjeri and so you may receive your items in recycled cardboard/shipping boxes, this is to minimise our impact on the environment but rest assured that your item will be packaged with the upmost love and care.

During a SALE or COLLECTION LAUNCH, we may encounter a surge in order volume. Your order and patience are greatly valued during these times. In the event of any delays, we will notify you through email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please make your selections thoughtfully when ordering a print, jewellery, apparel or original artwork. Unfortunately, as our prints and apparel are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for print purchases made due to a change of mind but if there is a issue with the quality of your print, please reach out and I will have this corrected for you. All sales of original artwork are considered final. Jewellery is unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons unless deemed faulty. All other items can be returned if deemed faulty.
 
Every item is meticulously packed and shipped with care. We utilize trusted couriers for shipping and do not assume responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost during transit. Once an item is marked as 'delivered', we consider it as received by you. If you have not received your item, please contact the courier directly for assistance in tracking its delivery.
