Tattoo Design Request Form
We will get back to you within 2 business days of your submission with a quote and estimated time frame.
You will need to pay a deposit of 50% of the quoted price before I am able to start working on your piece.
Once your piece is complete, I will invoice you for the remaining price payable before releasing your order.
Our tattoo designs come in a digital black and white format.
Please discuss colours with your tattoo artist.
